Before you book...
How do I order a brochure?
The Eurobreak Cities brochure together with our other Inghams brochures are now available on-line. The e-versions of our brochures will be updated on a regular basis and you can find details of all our special offers on this website. You can of course print off the pages you require.
 
In view of the high cost of postage and handling we regret we no longer accept e-mail requests for paper brochures where the e-version is available.
 
If you require the paper version of our Eurobreak Cities, Ski, Lakes & Mountains or Just France brochure, please call 09070 500500. Calls cost 50p per minute.
Why can't I access your on-line booking system?
You need to check what type of browser and version of software you are using. It may be that you are using a version that is too low. If you are using Netscape it is advisable to download the latest version off their website. If you are using Internet Explorer you need to be using at least Version 4 or above. To check which version of software you are using, you need to click on Help on the very top bar of the home page. Select "About Communicator" or "About Internet Explorer" A box will open and tell you a version number.
 
You can upgrade your computer to a higher version by accessing either the Netscape or Microsoft website and selecting downloads. You should then be able to download a free upgrade. Please note that we are not responsible for the content of external internet sites.
 
If you are using a computer at work, it may be worth checking that your company has not locked access from your PC to certain sites!
Making a booking...
How do I check availability of a specific holiday?

To check availability you will need to go into our on-line booking facility. Click "Book on-line" and then select "Holiday" to check availability of a specific holiday, obtain a basic costing or to confirm a selected holiday.
 
1. Select Departure Airport/Station
From the drop down box, select your chosen departure airport/station. Please note that only direct flights are available on-line. For a full list of destination cities available from selected airports use the "Departure Airports" link on the home page.
 
2. Select Destination Country
From the drop down box, select your chosen country destination.
 
3. Select Destination City
From the drop down box, select your chosen country destination.
 
4. Enter Departure Date
Bookings within 7 days of departure cannot be made on-line. If you wish to make a late booking contact our Reservations Department on 020 8780 7700.

5. Select Duration
From the drop down box, select duration. As a general rule, most holidays are available for any duration up to 31 nights, although this can be affected by airline/Eurostar rules, availability and frequency.

6. Outbound/Inbound Departure Time
From the drop down box select either a preferred period of the day or a specific time of travel. Repeat procedure for inbound travel.

7. Enter Number of Passengers (including children between 2-11 and infants 23 months and under on the date of your return).

8. Select "Search>"
 
Then follow the booking process through as shown on-line.

 
How can I check what's available around my preferred departure date?
To check availability of a holiday including scheduled flight or Eurostar use "Holiday" link to enter the search. For accommodation only enquiries us the "Hotel" link. Our booking system is linked to the airlines'/Eurostar computer reservations system and will show availability around your preferred departure date.

How can I see what Special Offers (flight savers & Eurostar savers) you have at the moment?
To view our Special Offers have a look at the Offers sections on our website where many of our offers will be displayed. To check availability and make a booking you will need to go into our on-line booking facility.
 
 After you've booked...
I have already made a booking with Inghams on the Internet. Can I view it online?

Yes you can. To view your confirmed booking you will need to go into our on-line booking facility. Click Book on-line, than View my booking.

1. Enter Lead Passenger Name
This is the first person entered on the list of passengers travelling.

2. Enter Post Code
This is the delivery address post code.

3. Enter Booking Reference

4. Select "Continue"

 
I want to query my confirmation/invoice.
You should contact our Administration Department by telephone on 020 8780 7701 or e-mail them at eurobreak@inghams.co.uk quoting your booking reference number.
 

Who do I contact to change my booking?

If you want to change your flight/train, hotel or date of departure you should contact our Administration Department by telephone on 020 8780 7701 or e-mail them at eurobreak@inghams.co.uk quoting your booking reference number. Please remember that administration charges may apply if you amend your booking.
 
I want to cancel my booking.
You should contact our Administration Department by telephone on 020 8780 7701 or e-mail them at eurobreak@inghams.co.uk quoting your booking reference number. Please remember that charges apply if you cancel your booking and a written confirmation of cancellation will be required.
 
 
Payment queries...
When is the balance of my payment due?
10 weeks before departure. The actual date will be shown on-line and on your paper confirmation/invoice. Any outstanding balance will be deducted from your credit/debit card on the Balance Due date.
 
Can I change my card details before the Balance Due Date?
Yes, as long as you advise us more than 10 weeks before departure. You can use a different card - but you must tell us first! Call our Administration Department on 020 8780 7701 during office hours Monday to Friday and they will be pleased to advise you. Please have your reference number handy. For security reasons, please do not e-mail credit card details to us.
